Diversity
Diversity will always be a priority for LULS.
At LULS, we aim to support every student and to create a safe space for everyone. This year we not only want to improve the diverse networks within the Law Society itself, but we also want to highlight to students the importance of diversity within the Legal Sector.
HOW ARE WE DOING THIS?
We are introducing BME & LGBTQ+ Committees, committed to supporting and representing the needs of BAME and LGBTQ+ students within the Law School, creating safe space where their voices can be heard, and their concerns addressed.
We are also introducing a Diversity series, where students are encouraged to discover their own thoughts on diversity within the legal sector, whilst speaking to those within the profession about their experiences.
…and a lot more.
Keep an eye out on our social media to learn more about our events.
